focuses on Electro, Industrial, Gothic, New Wave and trip-hop bands both local and
national. The night is sponsored/hosted by our very own Dave of WTII

LOCKJAW:
Coming off of an excellent show during the May 26th Mechanical Playground Festival at Kinetic Playground in Chicago. Hailing from Milwaukee, Wisconsin's one and only "Hell Rock" band Lockjaw. Avoiding commercial trends and the noxious sounds that infest mainstream radio, Lockjaw separates themselves from the trash. Influenced by industrial pioneers such as Skinny Puppy and Nine Inch Nails with a touch of glam in the vein of Motley Crue to the goth sounds of Bauhaus. Machine gun-like electronics, in your face vocals and superb musicianship define Lockjaw's sound. A revolution of sex, drugs and debauchery portrayed through music.
Led by Medavon on vocals and guitars with an all-star cast including Chad on drums, Lowviolet on bass and Jose Ramirez on lead guitar. Local airplay and a strong live show has helped to get Lockjaw some great opening spots for national acts including Mudvayne, Damage Plan, Orgy, Bile, Godhead,Prong,Society 1, KMFDM and a sold out 4000+ show with Marilyn Manson. The latest Lockjaw cd "Hell Inside" features trademark Lockjaw songs like "Porno Face" and "Swallow". Songs that not only draw the listener in with their monstrous hooks but are also complimented with some of the dirtiest lyrics you will ever need to hear. Lockjaw has an over-the-edge stage show filled with all the neccessary elements of sweat, smoke, strobes and unrelenting honesty adds to the live intensity of this band and keeps its loyal following coming back for more. Lockjaw's "Bored Again" from their CD "Dirty Minds and Smiling Faces" can be found on the X-Box game "Dead Rising. 48 SIN:
After years of recording and playing around the Midwest, 48sin has acquired the perfect lineup for its onslaught of genre-bending Rock. Originally started as a solo project, Patrik added more players over the years, finalizing with the following: Patrik (vocals, guitars, synths), Aaron (guitars, vocals), Justin (drums), and finally Blake (bass).
48sin's sound combines excellent rock songs with the use of electronic instruments and other noises. They believe in Art for Art's sake, and want to make music that pushes boundaries, but is still more than listenable.
They have been featured on XM Radio's Radar Report, Local Chaos 89.1, Muchado Production's "All My Dirty Friends" DVD, and others and have played large venues such as Chicago’s Double Door, Beat Kitchen, Subterranean and more...
A new 5-song EP has been finished with Producer, Chuck Macak, and they are currently writing new material for the next recording

For “old skool” fans of Argyle Park, 16volt, kLaNk, Circle of Dust, Chatterbox, Angeldust, Celldweller, Acumen Nation you must check this show out! After having played shows with Deadstar Assembly and Cyanotic they’re now featured in Automata 9.0 magazine. At this show you’ll be able to hear them perform songs from their first two releases "No Rest For The Wicked" (oop) and "In Spite" (available now)....
For those of you who are still hesitant to come out on a Sunday night, I’m sure by now you have heard all about what you are missing. The Sunday/Monday night showcases are always packed, entertaining, dangerous, explicit and a hell of a good time and I can tell you that this show will be more of the same! By now we all should be circling the Sundays on our calendars because everyone is talking/blogging/texting about what happened at the shows for the rest of the week (i.e. Volatire, Jilt/Mind Flux Funeral, Caustic and defcon, Apocalypse Theatre etc etc) .
PLEASE NOTE THE EARLY START TIME AS IT HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM THE TYPICAL “SUNDAY SHOWCASE” START TIME
Now as a new edition to the “Sunday showcase” we will be doing our after show parties at Martini Ranch!
