Yes it does very right but it's always good to try and correct people and to the girl who said something about Gothic and writings and stuff. Yes that's correct but the Gothic era and Gothic Rock and Goth subculture has nothing incommon except a fashion style that's very popular in to many subcultures to really be considered Goth, which is the Victorian style of clothing.
And I strongly disagree that a Goth is simply a person who wanna be different then every Metalhead, Emo, Punk is Goth as well. |

and my opinion, as to all the others again.. posted over and over
it maybe a subculture with music tho....... ppl have repeated that its art and difference ........ though i do agree with djazoicer Its the music always was the music ..... but i do think today goth is dying has gain 2much attention in the mainstream of everyday life....... Idk Chew on that Mgh

| AAAHHHHH!! why the hostility, you know what, who fucking cares what a goth is!!! just be your self. is that too fucking hard that you all have to go back and forth, repeting yourselves over and over just to not even make a bit of difference to how people will see this "lifestyle". gothic music, gothic clothing, gothic this, gothic that, goth is a exaggerated fad that fell out of the hands of music along time ago, to some its a state of mind, to most a pathectic attempt at attention from those who were neglected from their parents. to me its simply a name that lost its meaning. and its too late to save it. i am negative, its what i do, what i listen to, and what i look good in, end of descussion. or so it should be, but isn't... |

Very true, Goth has NOTHING in COMMON with METAL or EMO what so ever.
And the one that says that Goth music is loud and screamy is going to have their head blown off. |
