So, it comes down to this. Windows, Mac, or Linux? Which is the best for you and why? Seriously you guys have to have an opinion. I for one like Linux, because it is not secuirty issue prone, while others like Windows because of the familiar feel to it.
What do you guys think? Windows, Mac, or Linux? |

| Ewww haha, Windows is really compatible yay :P But I still don't like it...it doesn't seem second nature with me like it does with some people...Its just strange like that. For me anyway. |

I would love to set my computer to use linux, we used to run a linux server and it was really nice, with a bit of research you can do everything so much more effeciently.
But on the other hand I have got my computers set up running XP, they are all stable and all the software runs fairly well. It would be nice to change over, but I dont think im brave enough to go through the stress of reinstalling everything. But next time one of my computers dies I'l try my hardest to change OS |

| Yeah I use Kubuntu distro of Linux, using the KDE environment. Its graphically impressive, but it eats up about 300 MB of my RAM constantly... |

| I am studying to be a computer tech/computer networker... & I think windows is easiest to network in... I know a ton of the windows DOS cmds... |

| Linux tends to pre-configure everything on startup, thats why I like it =] Never have to do "setup wizards". |

| Yeah but I hate the stupid popup window, run setup blah blah blah, I hate exe files as well...and Windows still has security issues...how many people get viruses using Linux compared to Windows. Most likely a huge percentage of Windows users have gotten a virus or two while those who operate on Linux, a very small percentage have gotten any. |

| Rofl true, thats why people run on Linux though, if they don't want their pc hacked. Apparently its terribly hard to break a Linux security. |

| I dont know about the windows/linux virus stuff. But since I have started using opera instead of internet explorer I have had barely any virus/spyware at all... but I suppose the ultimate Opera vs IE vs Firefox battle is a new thread in itself |
