Sanctums
I know Sanctums are a great and wonderful thing, but they need something "More" to go with them. Here are my ideas :)
Multiple Pages
Having Multiple pages in groups will allow the owners to have more content to there groups.
- 10 Pages for Elite
- 5 Pages for Free
Group Logo
An uploadable logo that will be shown both on the groups page, as well as the list.
- 100x100 for Elite
- 70x70 for Free
Group Comments
A group Comments box would be great for feedback, this could be placed on a seperate page. It could be located were the "Ranking" of the group is at.
Ranks
Customizable ranks for group members. I know right now the only upgrade it "Admin", but what if you could give them special ranks? I think that would awesome. The ranks could be organized to the left like the Admin, and owner.
Layout - Suggestions
When you have the admins and followers shown on the left of the main group the names blend together. Maybe instead of just the text you can have a very scaled down picture, with there name under it. Just like the admins, but a bit smaller.
Forums
Being able to customize the colors of the forum, and maybe even add some of your own graphics to it would be lovely. Kinnda make it so it matches the theme of your group better.

News System
Maybe some type of news system?
Mass Mail System
The Owner the the group should be allowed to message all the members at once about updates, news, and going-ons in the group.
Photo Gallery
Ranking
Ranking photos would be an awesome addition. There could even be a "Most Rated Photo", and "Higest Rated Photo" highscore list :)
Personal Messages
Thing I think we need:
Saved Mail - You can set limits, maybe higer limits for Elite Members.
Trash Can - Empty's every 7 days, and can be restored if need be.
Settings - Block User, Allow On Friends, Allow only Group Members, and Allow List (a list that you place the names of the people you want to message you)
User Goals/Quests
This could be a list of Goals a user could achieve for a account upgrade, a small one with a few extra features.
Example:
Reffer 25 Members
Rate 50 People
Get 20 Comments
Comment on 20 People
Be a Member of a Group
Have X ammount of Page views
Have 20 Friends
Have 10 Blog Entries
Using Points for Upgrades/Buying Stuff
Maybe offer some type of upgrade that a user can purchase with there points.
Ideas:
Gothic Items - They can purchase gothic images that they can place in there inventory. They could be like a collection, I think it would incourage users to be more active if there was a point to points!
Online/Offline Graphics - Instead of plain text, there online/offline could be an image.
Main Forums
- Post Counts
- Avatars (64x64)
- Titles (Elite, Weaver, Admin, Coder, Etc Etc.)
- Preview your post (before posting)
- Quoting
- Ranking Specific Posts
- Elite Private Forums
- Having the username link under the picture. Looks better that way
- Report Abuse (Bad Behavior, Spamming, etc etc.)
Site Contests
You could hold contests such as Poetry, Graphics, Short Stories, Refferal Contest, etc etc. They could be every week, and the winner can recieve trophys for there profiles for there hard work.

- 10 Newest Users on Home of the site
- Newest Forum Post
- Currently Online (# here), Current Guests (# here), Total (# here) |

I also think maybe a shout box for an Elite sanctum?
That could be useful when the main page shout box gets overfilled, that way only members of the sanctum can post in it?
You can be very selective that way.
